House Rules
Quiet time is from 10PM to 6AM each day and is strictly enforced!
1. There is absolutely no smoking, no pets, and no illegal substances allowed.
2. Please do not take food in the bedrooms.
3. Please use the provided coasters for all wood surfaces in the house.
4. Please use the black makeup towels for makeup removal.
5. Please do not use the fireplace inside the home. The chimney is capped and you could start a fire in the house.
6. No children under 16 may use the pool without supervision. Please supervise your children around the pool and keep the baby gate closed when not in use. The owner does not assume responsibility for any accidents related to the pool.
7. There are swinging chaise lounges on the deck- you may use at your own risk. You must enter the chaise from the side NOT by the front. It is similar to a hammock.
8. Do not move the pool table. It has been professionally leveled and any movement could cause damage to the table.
9. When using the grill, please pull it out from under the covered area to avoid burning the ceiling of the lanai. CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE. We impose a $50 fee if the grill is not cleaned.
10. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times while using the swing set/jungle gym in the back yard.
11. Please refrain from taking glass on the pool deck. There are plastic plates, cups, and wine glasses for the pool deck.
