House Rules
Quiet time is from 10PM to 6AM each day and is strictly enforced!
1. There is absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed.
2. No Unregistered Guests Allowed Overnight
3. No Illegal Substances Allowed
4. Please do not take food in the bedrooms.
5. Use the provided coasters on all wood surfaces in the house.
6. Please refrain from taking glass on the pool deck. There are plastic plates, cups and wine glasses for outside.
7. Please use the black makeup towels for makeup removal.
8. No children under 16 may use the pool without supervision. Please supervise your children around the pool and keep the baby gate closed when not in use. The owner does not assume responsibility for any accidents related to the pool.
9. When using the grill, please pull it out from under the covered area to avoid burning the ceiling of the lanai. PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE. A $50 Cleaning Fee will be imposed if the grill is left dirty.
10. Please be careful when using the hammock. Enter from the side of the hammock by sitting first.
11. If you are using the provided pack and play and/or high chair you assume all responsibility for your child and their safety. The owner does not assume responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur as a result of using this equipment, it is provided only as a convenience.
12. The owner has weekly and monthly pest control services in addition to professional property management that monitors the property. The owner will not issue refunds due to the presence of pests or critters in or around the property, including but not limited to, the pool.
